Out of respect and to maintain the credibility gained with its consumers, Dhera created an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, and concerned that you (the customer) obtain an effective, agile and, above all, satisfactory negotiation.
If you choose to contact us by email or telephone, you will be sent a form to fill out and send along with the item(s). Any product returned without this form and/or without communication to Customer Service will be returned without prior consultation.
When carrying out the return/exchange process, the customer must state on the back of the invoice to be returned/exchanged the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the person making the return, CPF and the date of the return.
ATTENTION: If the customer wishes to return the item due to regret/withdrawal, they must do so within seven calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code;
Observing the following conditions: The product must not show signs of use.
The product must preferably be sent in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, labels, tags (label with the product reference code) duly attached to the product and all its accessories.
