Shipping and Delivery

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track the delivery. Simply enter this number on the Post Office or shipping company website. This code will show you what stage of delivery your product is at.

Additionally, you should consider some important items:
- Delivery date: check the estimated delivery date for your order. It starts to be counted from the day your products are posted;
- Delivery address: confirm the data provided in the “delivery address” field;
- Condominium and building: if you live in an apartment or residential condominium, it may happen that someone received the order for you. Check at the reception, ask the building manager and the employees of the place;
- Absence of recipient: in this case, it was found that there was no one to receive your order at the delivery address provided.
Delivery by Post: 2 (two) delivery attempts are made on consecutive business days. After these two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the Post Office may make the purchase available for collection directly at the agency indicated in the tracking code. If the order is not collected, it is returned to the DHERA! Distribution Center.

- Refusal of the request: it is also important to make sure that the people in charge of receiving the request, such as doormen or family members, did not refuse to receive it.
